You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fix777 will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify fix777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. fix777 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month against any remaining real-money balance on dormant accounts, following a written notification to the registered email address.
fix777 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, or at any time we deem it necessary based on risk-assessment criteria.
Submitted documents are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours during business hours (WIB). fix777 reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification if the initial submission is unclear, incomplete, or raises compliance concerns.
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed. Deposits and gameplay remain unaffected during the verification period.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. While Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, the maximum allowed bet per round or spin is Rp 25,000 or 10% of the original bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All sports betting markets are settled according to the official result as recognized by the relevant governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 official statistics). If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be voided unless at least 90% of the scheduled duration has been completed, in which case the result at the time of abandonment stands.
